Are items made to order?

Yes. Every Tofu Ink shirt is made to order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days before your order ships.

Where do orders ship from?

Tofu Ink is an online-exclusive brand based in Columbus, Ohio. Our products are produced through our trusted print partner TSS Printing in Albany, New York to help us maintain quality while keeping up with demand.

 

🔄 Exchanges

Can I exchange my item for a different size?

Absolutely. If your item doesn’t fit quite right, just contact us and we’ll help you arrange an exchange.

 

↩️ Returns

What is our return policy?

We want you to love your Tofu Ink pieces 💛. If something isn’t right, we offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• Free of stains, damage, or odors

• In original condition

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund.

⚠️ Damaged Items

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take quality seriously. If your Tofu Ink item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll issue store credit so you can order a replacement on us 💛

What material are your shirts made from?

Most Tofu Ink tees and crewnecks are made from 100% heavyweight cotton, designed for comfort and durability.

Will the designs fade over time?

No. We use high-quality printing methods designed to last.
